Services & Investment

All makeup sessions are a maximum of 1 hour 30 minutes.

• On-location sessions require the client to arrange the artist's transportation to and from the studio.
• Simple hairstyling at the client's location is only available when combined with a makeup service.
• Bridal bookings require a prior consultation. Please reach out directly for your personalised package.
• All pricing applies within Tallinn. Additional travel fees apply for bookings outside Tallinn.
• Makeup rates are the same with or without lashes. Accessories or extra lashes may incur an additional charge.
• Jonaks Beauty is not currently VAT-registered. No VAT is charged on any services.

Retainer

A non-refundable, non-transferable 40% retainer is required to confirm your booking. Your appointment is not secured until the retainer is received.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your appointment begins.

Arrival

Clients are expected to be fully ready for makeup upon the artist's arrival.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. The reschedule is valid for 3 months from the original booking date. Any appointment beyond this period requires a new retainer. Further reschedules will not be accepted and retainers will not be refunded.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the appointment will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid.

EU Withdrawal Right

Clients booking remotely are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. By paying your retainer and confirming your appointment date, you expressly waive this right, as the service is scheduled for a specific agreed time.

Photography

Jonaks Beauty may photograph completed looks for portfolio and social media use. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before your appointment.

Data & Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely to manage your booking and communicate with you. It will never be sold or shared with third parties. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. We comply with GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
